Η τροποποίηση αυτή καθίσταται μη ουσιώδεις αφού δεν αλλάζει την οικονομική ισορροπία της σύμβασης (άρθρο 132 παρ. 1ε), καθώς απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση είναι ότι οι αλλαγές αυτές θα κυμαίνονται μέχρι τα όρια του ποσού της σύμβασης.
