The SEMITAN in France from Europe region has released this tender for This is a multi-supplier framework agreement, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of €1,400,000.00 excluding VAT, for the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals, i.e., 5 years in total), in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 1° of the French Public Procurement Code. The purpose of this consultation is to select the contractors for each section of the framework agreement for IT and technology support services, for the provision of skills and support to the IT department, according to ongoing IT projects. The support services to be performed on the various lots cover the following areas: - IT project management - Web and application development - Application testing - Network administration systems - Workstation management - ITS: Intelligent Transport Systems - Consulting, Strategy, IT project management assistance, IT monitoring - Security: audit and consulting. The breakdown of services by lot and the full details of the services are set out in the Technical Specifications. The consultation is divided into 13 lots. Each lot will be the subject of a separate framework agreement: - Lot 1: Project Management - Lot 2: Web Development - Lot 3: WinDev Development - Lot 4: Mobile Development - Lot 5: Application Testing - Lot 6: Data and AI - Lot 7: IT Technician - Lot 8: Systems Administrator and DevOps Engineer - Lot 9: Network Administrator - Lot 10: Security Audit - Lot 11: Security Consulting - Lot 12: Consulting, IT Strategy, Urbanization, IT Monitoring - Lot 13: Project Management Assistance in the field of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). For lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8: These framework agreements are multi-supplier, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and bids. The maximum number of suppliers per lot is set at 3. These framework agreements will be implemented as needed through the establishment of subsequent contracts in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2162-2 of the French Public Procurement Code. Subsequent contracts awarded under the framework agreement may supplement its provisions without substantially altering them. These subsequent contracts will be awarded under the conditions defined in the Special Conditions of Contract (CCAP). Contractors awarded framework agreements who do not subsequently obtain any contracts may not use this situation to claim any compensation. For lots 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13: All these framework agreements with purchase orders will be executed as purchase orders are issued, in accordance with Article R. 2162-2, paragraph 2 of the French Public Procurement Code. Purchase orders are allocated to the successful bidders according to the procedures defined in the Special Conditions of Contract (CCAP). Bids may be submitted for all lots. However, companies awarded lot 5 (application testing) may not be awarded lots 2 (web development), 3 (WinDev development), or 4 (mobile development).
