The HUS Group in Finland from Europe region has released this tender for HUS requests your offer for a software service that will manage the operational management of HUS Pharmacy, covering the operational areas described in the appendices. The software service to be procured will be configured with processes and information regarding the management of HUS Pharmacy's medicines. The software service must be integrated with the systems used by HUS in its other operational management (e.g. Oracle Fusion Cloud). The purpose of the descriptions is to familiarize the bidder with the current operations of HUS Pharmacy. The annexes (annex 2: Description of the target state) describe the requirements set for the procurement object by operational area with various process descriptions and listed requirements. The purpose of this is to express the minimum requirements set for operational management for bidders. In addition, goals for developing current operations are described. Our intention is to replace the current system with a software as a service (SaaS), which enables process development and ensures stable quality of operations. HUS is seeking a SaaS-based software service, which must be based on software that is already in production and ready to use and a solution that can be configured for the subscriber. The project is scheduled to be put into operation during 2028. The project will be launched with a definition phase, where the descriptions made are refined against the software service offered by the winning bidder, thus ensuring that the software service in question meets the set requirements and offers a clear development path. This definition phase also refines the implementation project plan to a level that allows the parties to commit to the implementation of the project. The definition phase is invoiced on a time-based basis, with a maximum of 50,000 euros and a maximum duration of four months. The appendix Description of the Implementation Project explains in more detail what must be produced during the definition phase. After the definition phase, both parties have the option to abandon the project if they so wish. After the definition phase, the client and the bidder negotiate the target workload and price for the project as presented in the request for tender. Other annexes to the request for tender describe requirements related to the implementation project, ongoing services and information security. The software service must be able to be integrated into various administrative systems in the usual way. The software service interfaces are presented in the appendix "Integrations". The Oracle FINA interfaces are described in more detail individually in appendix 2.9.3. The appendix "Draft Agreement" covers both the implementation phase and the activities during the ongoing services.
